My guess would be that that the cultural things around style of cooking would shift between regions, but maybe neighbouring countries would be more similar?
Yes! Similar dynamics and needs regionally. The company launched initially in Kenya, and is already live in Uganda, Malawi, Tanzania, and Zambia (~just shy of 200M in population combined).
